drui (MdPB), 01.05.2019 00:56, Reply to #10Schon richtig. Corbyn z.B. ist gut informiert, aber trotzdem dumm. Zwei Tage vor der Kommunalwahl und Wochen vor der Europawahl ist er der Meinung, er müsse die Prozentzahlen seiner Partei mindestens um 5% nach unten drücken:

ja eh - oder er ist in seiner eigenen blase
vielleicht sind ihm die wahlergebnisse auch egal (ob ihm die innerparteiliche machtfrage wichtiger ist oder seine überzeugung dass gb aus der eu austreten sollte sei dahingestellt)

die ersten ergebnisse verheißen nicht nicht viel gutes für:
CON - LAB - UKIP
die großen gewinner könnten sein:
LIB - IND
auch grün legt zu - bislang jedoch eher sehr gemäßigt

echter gewinner bislang: independents - danach mit abstand LIB
BBC schreibt: Labour lost control of Hartlepool and Wirral Council in early results, while the Tories lost Basildon and Tandridge but gained control of Walsall. The Lib Dems are gaining councillors across the country but are yet to win control over any new councils.

Was die Libdems angeht: Die könnten der große Gewinner bei den Kommunalwahlen werden, da sie am ehesten vom Tory-Massaker profitieren können, gerade in remain-areas.
Corbyn hat den Libdems zudem massiv geholfen, indem er an seinem illusorischen Brexit-Deal mit May festhält.
The Conservatives were expecting to lose hundreds of seats and they have. But they’ve also lost control of 13 councils so far. Councils due to declare on Friday are more solidly Conservative, so they will be hoping that trend doesn’t continue; if it does, things could be even worse than they were expecting.
Things aren’t as bad for Labour. They have taken control of Trafford but they’re also losing seats and have lost control of Hartlepool and Wirral.
Labour and Conservative local leaders have angrily blamed the national parties for their losses.
Big winners are the Liberal Democrats, up hundreds of seats with surprise wins in Winchester, Chelmsford and Bath and North East Somerset.
Does this mean that remain voters are flocking to the Lib Dems while disillusioned Tory and Labour leave voters simply stay home? Perhaps. But we shouldn’t forget the salience of local issues.

Councils held: 37 (down 2)
Seats won: 806 (down 45)

Councils held: 8 (up 6)
Seats won: 384 (up 177)

Das sieht schon dramatisch aus, erwartet waren vor den Wahlen 800 verlorene Sitze für die Tories und zumindest ein paar Gewinne für Labour.

Die LibDems haben ihre Sitze verdoppelt, ebenso die Unabhängigen, die Greens mehr als vervierfacht.

Das wars mit den 2 großen Parteien als den großen Allein-Herrschern. da kommen nun 3 weitere Spieler dazu : Liberal, grün sowie im Hintergrund Brexit.
Sogar die Ukip ist nicht ganz aus dem Spiel. Das wird interessant in den nächsten 20 Tagen !

die nordiren brauchen noch - aktuell sind erst etwa 60 % gezählt.
positiv hervor sticht bislang einzig die alliance party
sinn fein bislang stabil, sdlp vermutlich auch - (leichtere) verluste für dup, uup und tuv.
ukip ohne einen einzigen sitz?

bestätigt sich dieser trend, steigt die wahrscheinlichkeit, dass die sdlp ende mai das 3. ni-mandat erringt

zwei entscheidende details:
1. wenn man denn schon der auffassung ist, das britische, bislang von zwei parteien beherrschte system sei am ende, sollte man wichtige parteien nicht vergessen zu erwähnen. ich beschränke mich zunächst auf eine: SNP. falls dies partout nicht ausreichen sollte: PC, DUP, SF - u.u. auch Change UK
2. bislang hegt kaum jemand aus dem bereich der "großen Allein-Herrscher" die ernsthafte absicht, das mehrheitssystem zu modifizieren oder gar abzuschaffen.
